Excellent service provided by Louis Neoh, he is very kind and friendly, he explained everything in details and help us to clean our mattress and sofa. He even offered to provide extra services and demonstrate us how the effectiveness of the Maxima device to do cleaning in daily house chores.

Today we had Kin Weng assistance to help our dust mite cleaning. He was very patient and he even help us clean all my kids plushies and pillows. He make sure the bed is clear until clean water at last. Thanks Urban Hygienist and hopefully we will have a good night sleep after.
Kam came to my house for service and demo. He uses Maxima machine to do the cleaning and steaming on my bed, it is really a great where all the dust and dust mites are being vacuumed. Thanks for the service and we are very satisfied!
